Ciara coming to Lagos this February!

US singer Ciara is coming to Lagos and you heard it here first. The singer and mother of one will perform at a show in Lagos by end of February. According to a LIB source, the deal to bring her to Nigeria was sealed yesterday. So all Ciara fans, get ready!
